The effect of series connection of the Nash Pumps was studied theoritically and practically in the paper. The technological process of production rising vaccum and pressure of compressive gas was designed, and it was ascertained and calculated in theory. The design reduced the production requirements for increasing vaccum and pressure of decompress equipments. The results showed that the series connection of Nash Pumps could increase the vaccum of the decompress equipments, reduce decomposing and deferiorating potentials, and carbonatation of thermal materials in production processes, and cut down on additional requirements for freeze equipments in other liquefied processes of compressive gas.

本文对纳西泵串联效应进行了初步的理论研究和实际生产试验,解决了生产中要求提高减压设备的真空度和增大压缩气体压强的问题。设计出了提高真空度和增大气体压强的生产流程,并在理论上进行了推导和计算。结果表明:纳西泵串联后提高了减压设备的真空度,在生产上能大大减轻热敏性物料的分解变质和碳化作用,省去了某些压缩气体液化时所需要的冷冻设备。

介绍福建湄洲湾氯碱工业有限公司4万t/a离子膜烧碱项目二次精制盐水、脱氯、电解、氯气处理等工序及高纯盐酸等装置的运行情况以及出现的树脂堵塞捕集器、纳氏泵机械密封泄漏、盐酸质量不合格等问题,分析了问题出现的原因,并逐项进行了有效的改进。
