Actual measurements of a reciprocating compressor are made for different amount of cooling water and the law of polytropie exponent of compressor's thermodynamic cycle is found through data processing and analysis. It is shown that the polytropic exponent is significantly affected by the amount of cooling water introduced into the cylinder jacket of the compressor. 本文是在不同冷却量的工况下,对压缩机进行实测,经数据处理与分析找出压缩机热力过程多变指数的变化规律。改变气缸冷却条件对热力过程影响较大,对中外文献介绍的以压缩机进口压力为依据,定量地确定膨胀过程多变指数提出了不同观点。

The hydrodynamic performance of a reciprocating plate column used to extract HAc from CH_3COOCH(CH_3)_2/HAc-Na_2SO_4-H_2O system has been studied. Two hydrodynamic relationships for this system have been determined by means of data treatment of physical properties and holdup. A design example has been given.

本文研究了用于醋酸异丙酯/醋酸-硫酸钠-水体系萃取分离醋酸与水的振动筛板柱的流体力学性能,通过对体系物性及存留分数的测量结果进行数据关联,确定了适用于本体系的两个流体力学关联式,为扩大设计提供了依据,并给出了设计举例。
