Helical springs are widely used in dynamic systems and are frequently subjected to vibrational fatigue failure. In the present paper the dynamic characteristics of helical springs subjected to a reciprocating motion is investigated theoretically ard experimentally. The mathematical model of longitudinal vibration bars is directly used for the dynamic analysis of helical springs. Force trans mittanos and dynamic spring modulus formulae are given. It is convenient for designer to estimate the range of frequency the spring is allowed to operate.

螺旋弹簧多用于动力系统且常易发生疲劳破坏。为了避免弹簧的疲劳破坏,设计者应对弹簧由振动所引起的动力影响加以考虑。 本文对承受反复运动的螺旋弹簧的动态特性进行了分析与试验。直接把均匀杆纵向振动的数学模型用于弹簧的动力分析。给出了力的传递比和动弹簧模量公式,便于设计者估算弹簧所允许的工作频率范围。

In this paper the dynamic response of helical spring subjected to reciprocating displacement is analysed theoretically. The formulae for calculating the forces acting on the ends and the internal fores of any cross section are derived. And the influence of frequency is investigated. The results can be used in spring design, operation and experiment.

In view of a lack of adequate explanation of the mechanism of this phenomenon in the literature, this paper might be a fuller treatment of the problem.

许多事实已经证明,在往复式压缩机管道的适当部位安置孔板是消减现场管道振动的有效措施之一,这种方法实施起来并不麻烦,故已日益受到国内压缩机用户的注意。本文着重阐述孔扳消减气流脉动的机理,并同时介绍计算结果及一些试验情况、鉴于在有关气流脉动和管道振动的一些文献中对这一问题的阐述甚不充分,本文为孔板消振问题提供了一个较详尽的论述。
