The former studies on rice stripper harvester have encountered some obstacles as follows: big scattering loss of grain; being limited to harvest only the standing, tall, untangled crop with uniform height of panicles over the ground; unacceptable lower ground speed of machine etc.In present design the threshing belt riveted with wire loops is used permitting to fully descend the entrance, benefiting the dwarf plants harvesting.By means of belt feeder matched with the figural reel the plants can be gently deflected and fed into the thresher in a stretching state with the panicles forward, thus allowing the threshing process significantly prolonged. Consequently, hardly threshed, round-grained nonglutinous rice can be perfectly threshed and the ground speed is also increased to 70% or more (or to 0.98-1.20m/sec)The machine's feed rate permeter of swath is higher than that of conventional grain combine of rice modification and semi-feeding rice combine in before frosting harvesting. In the meanwhile the power consumption of belt thresher, measured in field condition is more less than that of both conventional and semi-feeding threshing apparatuses.The tilted, threshed straw is cut by the floating cutter bar surmounted by reciprocating rakes with toothed edges, which at the same time collects the straw to the center, forming a windrow underneath the chassis. But these devices worked unsati-sfactorily in higher ground speed of machine, thus requiring the further improvement.The performance of feeding and threshing apparatuses are theoretically analy-sed and its conclusions have been confirmed by field trials. But the feeding devices can not cope with the severely lodged crops and the endurance of these organs remains yet to be examined.

On the basis of systematic study, this paper points out: the agricultural hydraulic bulldozer is composed of agricultural tractor with hydraulic dozer blade. Its technic-economical index is affected by the tractive performance of agricultural tractor. On the basis of systematic study, this paper points out: the agricultural hydraulic bulldozer is composed of agricultural tractor with hydraulic dozer blade. Its technic-economical index is affected by the tractive performance of agricultural tractor. During the operation, the push-cut speed v1 and the raising-lowering speed of blade vob are varied with the extent of throttle opening (which is varied with the working load). The operation of bulldozer is performed intermittently with reciprocating pattern.Soviet and Western scholars suggested that the raising-lowering speed taking 50-80% of the first gear push-cut speed as a technical requirement. It is based on the consideration of obtaining highest working efficiency but is unreasonable for the agricultural bulldozer design.The author points out: the work accomplished by a bulldozer is determined by two factors, namely, the quantity (m3) of soil push-cut mechanically, and thc distance (m) to where the soil is dumped. It seems unreasonable if the best coordination is based on the consideration of working efficiency only, but leaving the distance travelled and fuel consumed neglected.It is suggested that the unit volume of fuel consumed U for push-cutting 1 m3 soil and transporting to a distance of 1 m may be the criterion of an agricultural bulldozer. Through calculation and analysis of operating data, the range of best coordination in which the amount of work Q will be maximum and the unit fuel consumption U Will be minimum, from which the value of v1 and vob also the engine load can be determined. Thus the best quality, high efficiency, and minimum fuel consumption of bulldozer operation can be achieved. A new way is charted for rational designing and operating agricultural hydraulic bulldozers.

In this paper the author has studied the motion of reciprocating oscillating sieve driven by crank pitman mechanism and the motion of grains along sieve surface. The influence of boom disposing on the motion of sieve has been app-roached and the motional equations of sieve and of grains along sieve surface have been advanced as the oscillating direction doesn't pass through the crank centre.Moreover, two critical indices and the theoretical formulas for their calcu-lating have been also put forward in order to reflect the motional state of grains along sieve surface. The results of experiment have shown that the val-ues from theoretical calculation are consistent with those from experimental measurement.

本文对曲柄连杆机构驱动的往复振动筛体运动及谷粒沿筛面运动进行了理论研究。探讨了吊杆配置对筛体运动的影响,提出了在振动方向不通过曲柄中心状况下的筛体运动方程和谷粒沿筛面运动方程。同时还提出了反映谷粒沿筛面运动状态的两个界限指标及其理论计算公式。试验结果证明,理论计算值和实测值之间表现了良好的一致性。
