It shows that, under the condition of no gas flow, liquid distribution in structured packing will become a steady natural flow pattern ultimately, whether uniform feeding or point feeding is given....

A mathematic model for liquid distribution in sheet corrugated structured packing was proposed in order to provide much accurate and reliable liquid distribution. The liquid holdups and effective wetted areas of 4 types of structured packing were simulated by the model and validated by relevant experiments. It shows that, under the condition of no gas flow, liquid distribution in structured packing will become a steady natural flow pattern ultimately, whether uniform feeding or point feeding is given. It also shows from the simulative effective wetted area that the ratio of the effective wetted area will not be larger than 1 even when there is no gas flow. In addition, decreasing liquid surface tension will be beneficial to form larger wetted area on the packing surface. However, liquid viscosity only has a little effect on the wetted area.

为研究板波纹规整填料内的液体流动状况,建立了相应的液相分布数学模型,并对4种板波纹规整填料的持液量和有效润湿面积进行了模拟计算及实验验证.结果表明,在无气相影响下,无论是均匀进料还是点源进料,液体在填料内的分布最终将达到稳定的自然流状态,而有效润湿面积的模拟结果显示,无气相影响时,即使在很大液相负荷下填料片的有效润湿面积比也不会超过1.另外,降低液体表面张力有利于在填料片上形成较大的润湿面积,而液体黏度对润湿面积的影响不大.

研究了几种新型四层瓦楞纸板结构,并将四层瓦楞纸板和五层瓦楞纸板的平压强度、边压强度等几种强度进行了性能比较,最后得到新型四层瓦楞纸板的主要特点是:比按以往工艺生产出来的五层普通瓦楞纸板的厚度要薄,节省了夹芯纸的用量,降低了瓦楞纸板的成本,而且强度高,对制作成品纸箱、纸盒提供了高强度的优良新型结构。
