In this paper, a microcomputer system which measures and calculates the thermal pa-rameters during directional solidification of single crystal superalloy and a mathematicalmodel for thermal analysis has been described. The problem of interference at workshopwas resolved and a set of microcomputer system which can be used for directional solidifi-cation technology study at workshop was set up. And the microcomputer system has beensuccessfully used in the investigation of DD3 SC superalloy solidification process....

本文叙述了在炉前应用的高温合金定向柱晶和单晶凝固过程的热参数检测和处理的微机系统及相应的热分析计算数学模型,解决了工作现场的干扰问题,建立了一套能用于炉前定向凝固工艺研究的微机系统。并将该微机系统成功地用于DD3单晶高温合金凝固过程的研究。试验表明:尽管凝固过程中的工艺因素(如:铸型的下降速度,加热器温度)不变,但直接影响单晶铸件组织和性能的凝固参数(温度梯度,凝固速度等)是变化的。因此,应随时根据凝固参数的变化规律对工艺参量进行自动调节,才能使凝固过程处于理想的状态。
