It is suggest that forensic biology assessment to Han population in Chinese south and west area should used their own genetic data.

Objective To study genetic polymorphism of9STR loci in Han nation populatio n in Shangdong Province.Methods We investigated100unrelated individuals of Han nation population in Shandong Province and studied their genetic distributi on of9STR loci and Amelogenin locus.Primers of10loci were labeled with the N HS -ester fluorescent dye5-FAM(blue),Joe(green)or NED(yellow).The data of Han nation population were generated by multiple amplification and subjected to GeneScan,genotype and genetic distribution analysis.Results83alleles and 220genotypes were observed,with the corresponding frequency of0.0050~ 0.4050and0.0100~0.2100.The average of heterozygosity was0. 7778,the accumulated discrimination power was0.9999.The accumulated probability of exclusion paternity was0.9999.The polymorphism information content was0.5823~0.8396.Conclusions Chi -Square test indicated that the distribution of genotypes agreed with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.

目的研究山东地区汉族人群的ProfileplusTM9个STR基因座遗传多态性。方法调查山东地区汉族100个无关个体9个STR基因座的基因和基因型频率分布。采用多色荧光标记引物,复合扩增10个基因座,扩增产物进行GeneScan扫描,Genotype分型。建立山东地区汉族9个STR基因座的基因及基因型频率数据库。结果共检测出83种等位基因,其频率分布0.0050~0.4050;220种基因型,其频率分布0.0100~0.2100;平均杂合度(H)为0.7778,累计个体识别能力(DP)为0.9999,非父排除率(EPP)为0.9999,多态信息总量(PIC)为0.5823~0.8396。结论经χ2检验9个STR基因座的基因型分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律。

Totally 236 unrelated individuals from majority population of Han Chinese in Beijing have been inspected with 9 polymorphism STR loci D3S1358,vWA, FGA, D8S1179, D21S11, D18S51, D5S818, D13S317,D7S820 by means of capillary electrophoresis and fluorescence multiple amplification. The results indicated a good correspondence with the Hardy- Weinberg equilibrium. Observed heterozygosity, expected heterozygosity, DP,PM,EPP ,and PIC were calculated for evaluation of forensic application.

为对北京汉族D3S135 8、vWA、FGA、D8S1179、D2 1S11、D18S5 1、D5S818、D13S317及D7S82 0等 9个STR基因座的遗传多态性进行群体遗传学研究 ,利用荧光标记复合扩增及毛细管电泳自动荧光检测的方法 ,对2 36名无关个体获得 9个STR基因座等位基因的分布频率 ,结果均符合Hardy Weinberg平衡 .计算了各基因座的杂合度 (H)、个人识别能力 (DP)、偶合率 (PM )、非父排除率 (EPP)和多态性信息总量 (PIC)等群体遗传学数据 .结果表明 ,这 9个STR基因座多态性好 ,灵敏度高 ,可用于人类遗传分析及法医学中的亲子鉴定和个人识别 .
