Columm temperature was 30℃. RESULTS The standard curve of dexamethasone phosphate sodium was linear over the range of 9.6~48mg·L -1. The calibration curve was Y=30605.6X+16315.8, r=0.9999. The average recovery was 98.1% with RSD 0.92%(n=9).
RESULTS: Corneal trauma resulted in miosis of eyes of rabbits. Diclofenac sodium 0.1% or dexamethasone phosphate sodium 0. 1% had an inhibitive effect on traumat-ic miosis and there were significantly differences(P<0. 01) of diclofenac sodium 0. 1% and there were no differences (P > 0. 5) of dexamethasone phosphate sodium 0.1% compared with experimental contrast group.
A high performance liquid chromatographic method ispresented for the simultaneuous determination of dexamethasone phosphate sodium and its degradation product dexamasone in ocustilla decadronis. The chromatographic separation is achieved by using a MicroPakMCH-5-N-CAP(150 x 4 mm, 5 pm). The mobile phase consists of acetonitrile/water (32:68) with0.9 ml/L of 85% phosphoric acid. Under these conditions dexamethasone phosphate sodium anddexamethasone are eluted after 6.3 and...
AIM:To evaluate the inhibiting role for traumatic miosis of diclofenac sodium 0. 1 % and dexamethasone phosphate sodium 0. 1 % in eyes of rabbits. METHODS:Sixty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into experimental contrast group and used di-clofenac sodium 0. 1 % or dexamethasone phosphate sodium 0.1% of pre-post-operative group and only used past-operated group. The corneas were been incised 3 mm and then closed with one stitch under microscopy. ...
Objectives: To establish a method for determination of dexamethasone in dexamethasone phosphate sodium Co. eye drops. Method: Dexamethasone was directly determined without separation at 240nm and 255. 5nm by signal multiplier method . The method could eliminate the interference of ethyl phydroxy benzoate and neomycin sulfate. Result: Dexamethasone presented a good linear relation within a range of 5-15μg·ml-1, r = 0.999 8. The average recovery was 100.6% , RSD = 0.60% . C...
