N fertilization influenced GA, ZRs , ABA and IAA concentrations and its change trends in flesh , particularly increased the four hormone concentrations in flesh cell enlargement period. But the hormone concentration peak values appearance time were later 12 weeks than nonfertilized controls. GA, ABA and IAA concentration peak values appearance time was slightly ahead of fruit RGR(relative growth rate) peak values appearance time. The length of fruit growth period was prolonged and the single fruit weight was increased by plant growth regulator in control trees. These results indicated that N regulated fruit development by influencing fruit hormone concentration. In N treatment fruits, the water content, pericarp chlorophyll, titratable acid concentration were increased, but anthocyanin and flesh soluble sugar concentration were decreased as fruits development trends changed.

An attempt was made to study systematically the relationship between the growth of Shatian pomelo and meteorological conditions based on the observation data of13consecutive years in Meixian County,Guangdong Province.The suitable meteorological indices for the development of roots and shoots,floral initiation,blossom and pollination,development of young fruit,fruit enlargement,etc were analyzed and used to establish a meteorological prediction model for the fruit yield and sugar content.The results showed that the lowest temperature for Shatian pomelo to tolerate was-7 0 C.The temperature for floral initiation was8.0 0 C-18.2 0 C.Little precipitation and few rain days during the flowering period were favorable for fruit-setting.Daily mean temperature of25 0 C-28 0 C,and sufficient precipitation and illumination were needed during fruit enlargement period.Adequately prolonged length of sunshine during the late fruit enlargement period was beneficial to high fruit yield and quality.

根据广东梅县地区连续13a的实测资料,系统地研究了沙田柚生长发育与气象条件的关系,分析了根系生长、枝梢发育、花芽分化、开花授粉、幼果发育、果实膨大等生长发育的适宜气象指标,并建立了产量和含糖量的气象预测模式。结果表明:沙田柚可以忍受的最低温度为-7 ℃;花芽分化期温度为8.0~18.2℃;开花期降水量和雨日宜少,以利于提高座果率;果实膨大期要求日平均温度25~28 ℃,雨量充沛,光照度充足;果实膨大后期日照时间适当延长,有利于提高产量和品质。
