In this paper two classes of indices of satellite ground station system are provided. By thorough analysis and comparison, we get some very useful conclusions with regard to the influence of ground station equipment deployment, equipment performance and resource schedule scheme to system performance, which are helpful for practice. At last some problems that need further study are provided.

首先从卫星用户需求观点和地面站资源拥有方观点两方面提出了评价卫星地面站系统的两类指标,然后根据地面站对卫星提供服务的时序,建立卫星地面站系统的面向对象Petri网模型,给出基于到站卫星冲突消解的一种有效的地面站资源调度算法。利用计算机仿真技术,对多种“卫星—地面站—设备”配置下的服务情况进行仿真,给出不同配置下的系统性能,通过分析比较,得到关于地面站及其设备配置、设备性能、地面站资源调度策略对系统性能指标影响的一些有益结论,最后提出了需要进一步研究的问题。
