The epidemic degree of disease is closely related to environmental conditions, cultivation practices, and fertilizer applications, as well as roots damaged by soil insects. The highly resistant variety haven't been found yet thongh soybean varieties are significantly different on resistance to the disease. The test of different agricultural cultivation measures and chemicals had been undertaken in both greenhouse and field small plot. The results of the experiments in greenhouse and fields indicated that soybean seeds treatments with Carbendaimz and Thiram (of Capton) were quite effective for increasing soybean emergence rate, thus reducing disease rate ducing seedling, flowering and podfilling stages, and delaying date of the disease occurrence.

It was considered that lumbar discectomy reduced the intradiscal pressure suddenly, the annulus fibrosus lost its normal tensile strength, and the movement of the involved segments becalm slackened. In such a way, the disc height decreased, while the disc bugle increased. And these may be the underlying causes of instability of the lumbar vertebrae and nerve root damage.
