Results  MT had no effect on the weights of immune organs and clearance rate of charcoal particles of LDS mice.  MT could enhance the reduced level of WBC and LYM% and restore the level of serum hemolysin,spleen PFC and DTH reaction to the normal levels. Conclusion MT could not only enhance the decreased but also reduce the increased immune function of LDS mice to the normal levels.

目的 研究光照制度颠倒(light-dark shifting,LDS)对小鼠免疫功能的影响,以及褪黑素(melatonin, MT)对LDS小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法 建立LDS模型后,进行一系列实验,包括①脾指数及胸腺指数的测定,②碳粒廓清实验,③抗体形成细胞(PFC)溶血实验,④血清溶血素的测定,⑤绵羊红细胞(SRBC)诱发的足垫迟发超敏(DTH)反应,⑥白细胞数及淋巴细胞百分率的测定。结果 ①MT对LDS小鼠免疫器官重量及碳粒廓清能力无显著性影响;②MT使LDS小鼠降低的白细胞数及淋巴细胞百分率明显升高,降低增加的血清溶血素、PFC水平和SRBC所致DTH反应,使之趋于正常。结论 MT不仅可使LDS所致免疫低下升高,而且使免疫反应过强降低,并趋于正常,具有双向调节作用。
