The forecasted results declare:(1) The rice planting mechanization level in our country till 1990 will still be very low;(2) Lay emphasis upon the development of small sized, unsophisticated nursery facilities which can be comprehensive utilized;(3) We should research on nursing soil-removed seedlings suitable for mechanical-planting, medium and little seedling in frames medium seedlings with thin soil in pans, no-frame medium seedlings with soil and hybrid rice seedlings;(4) Studying to develope good quality and durable rice planter for soil-removed seedlings, monowheel driven soil-sticked seedling rice planter with four-bar linkage type transplanting mechanism and dual-purpose (including planting seedlings with or without soil) rice planter. Besides, the mechanical rice planter should be capable of comprehensive utilization.

本文应用特尔斐法对我国至1990年为止的水稻插秧机械化水平及设备、机具进行了预测。预测结果表明:(1)1990年插秧机械化水平仍然很低;(2)育秧设施要发展小型、简易的,并能综合利用;(3)要研究培育适于机插的洗根大苗,框式带土中、小苗,盘式薄土中苗,无框带土中苗及杂交稻苗;(4)研究发展质好耐用的洗根大苗插秧机,独轮驱动四连杆分插机构的带土苗插秧机及洗根大苗、带土苗两用插秧机。机动插秧机应能综合利用。

This paper presents the conception of vertical and horizontal Structures of link-typed transplanting mechanism,with ISEKI PL820 and ISEKI PF400 as examples of two structures of such mechanism,compares and points out the advantages,shortcomings and adaptability of each of them,by using the method which combines graphical analysis with computer calcu- lation.The paper also studies kinematics and dynamics of the two struc- tures of link-typed transplanting mechanism and advances the idea of developing...

This paper presents the conception of vertical and horizontal Structures of link-typed transplanting mechanism,with ISEKI PL820 and ISEKI PF400 as examples of two structures of such mechanism,compares and points out the advantages,shortcomings and adaptability of each of them,by using the method which combines graphical analysis with computer calcu- lation.The paper also studies kinematics and dynamics of the two struc- tures of link-typed transplanting mechanism and advances the idea of developing vertical structured link-typed transplanter in our country.

本文以连杆式分插机构立式布置的井关 PF400型插秧机和卧式布置的井关 PL820型插秧机为典型,通过电子计算机运算和图解解析法进行分析,指出立式布置有以下特点:(1)总体配置合理,具有整机前后平衡,装秧续秧方便,视野清晰等优点;(2)设计要求插深点应尽量接近分插机构上连杆运动的瞬时中心,以实现秧爪静轨迹处于插深点时有暂短的停歇,从而保证插秧质量;(3)秧苗高度不受秧爪动轨迹交叉点位置的影响,因可采用较小机构设计尺寸;(4)采用插深点前的突发式退秧装置和使秧爪尖在插深点有较大的负加速度,可以使秧苗在较大惯性力作用下插稳,插牢;(5)机构尺寸紧凑,构件质心配置合理,机构总惯性力大为减少,并且具有较小的不平衡质量矩。鉴于以上特点,在我国尚无此类产品的情况下,应注意研制和推广。

According to the characterics of the rice seedling, the ideal condition of separate tranplanting process of the transplanter claw-gripper was determined and an empirical equation of the track of gripper tip relative motion has teen derived in this paper. 本文根据水稻秧苗特点,定出机动插秧机秧爪在分插秧全过程的理想状态,归纳了秧爪尖相对运动轨迹的经验方程,从而得到控制滑道的中心线和轮廓线的方程并绘制出图样,计算过程由微型电子计算机完成。这一方法的成功,大大提高设计效率,将为插秧机同类型机构的优化设计提供参考。
