本文运用决策支持系统的原理开发了一个适合于任意指标个数、指标层数和指标的隶属关系的通用综合评价系统。设计了一种定长代码来表达指标树。提出了一种三级框架的模型表达方式对评价模型进行表达。运用模型库管理系统对多个评价模型进行管理,将模型、算法、数据分类进行管理,系统输入原始数据,自动生成评价模型。

给出一组在LZ算法基础上改进而来的具有竞争进化功能的字典算法:LZCE(Lem pel-ZivAlgorithm w ith Com petitive Evolution).在算法构成上,根据图像压缩应用的特点,将LZ算法(V-F编码)和Huffm an 编码(F-V 编码)相结合,实现了基于先验知识的统计编码与基于学习的LZ算法的相互竞争,构造出可综合利用局域相关性、广域相关性和先验统计知识的竞争进化的字典算法;在二维相关性利用上,经DCT域引入LZCE算法,较好地解决了一维LZ算法难以利用二维相关性这一问题.实验结果表明,对于相同的PSNR,该方法可将JPEG 码率降低20% 左右

In this paper, we discuss the design and optimization for FVLD, and provide a formula for calcu- late the number of LUT items Based on the relationship between FLD and VLD we design a FVLD engine It uses two barrel shifter,and can decode fixed -length code or variable -length code The engine with the case of several Huffman LUT At last ,we give the experiment results in this paper.

本文讨论了采用查找表的PVLD的设计和优化,并推导出求LUT表项数的具体公式.同时,本文在充分考查了FLD和VLD的内部联系的基础上,设计了一种定/变长引擎,利用其中的两个桶形移位器,将定长解码器和变长解码器统一在同一电路中,可根据需要解相应长度的定长码或变长码,而且还能处理具有多个Huffman变长码表的情况.本文最后给出了实验结果.
