The traditional intelligent decision-making system is of the disadvantage of the function singleness, the processing complexity and the lower reusability. Aimed at the problem, adaptive learning intelligent decision-making system in multi-information campaign based on parallel reason of neural networks and expert system is designed on the foundation of intelligent decision-making system research studied by forefathers. The intelligent decision- making system can not only learn from experience but also solve the problem of how to reason when the knowledge and battlefield information are incomplete. The function and machine-processed of components as well as its algorithm in expert system and the neural networks are detailedly to analyze ,as well as, the expressing of action model, action rule database, action database and the action inference of decision etc are studied after component structures of intelligent decision-making system for anti-air rivalry is schemed out. Owing to the fact that the action of CGF entity suffers the confinement of entity function and operation regulations, its action planning is of built-in pattern and its action database adopts the framework to express action planning; In order to reduce the redundancy of knowledge ,action rule database is divided into the different rule database according to the variety of rule by combining the characteristic of anti-air rivalry scenarior.Through the method, the efficiency of rule matching was raised. In the end, the simulation results are provided to show the validity of the intelligent decision-making system. .

设计了一种基于神经网络与专家系统的综合信息作战自学习智能决策支持系统,使得智能决策支持系统能够对过去的经验进行学习,增强了现代模拟战争的真实性。在对舰空对抗作战系统的仿真试验中表明,此智能决策支持系统不仅能够对过去的经验进行学习,并且成功地解决了在规则不完善、战场信息不完全的情况下决策支持系统的推理问题,更加适应了现代作战的需求。
