The studies was conducted to examine artificial abortion of E strumate C ioprostenol on 345 goats and 350 sheep unknown pregnancy. The results indicated,the E strumate C ioprosteol had significant effect on goats, and the abortion rate reached 100%,but no effect on sheep,the rate was only 161%. 利用氯前列烯醇分别对妊娠状况不清的345只山羊、350只绵羊进行了人工流产试验。结果表明,氯前列烯醇对山羊有很好的人工流产效果,其人工流产率可达100%;氯前列烯醇对绵羊人工流产效果较差,其人工流产率只有16 1%。通过这一试验,进一步验证了绵羊和山羊妊娠期孕酮来源的差异性;试验还发现氯前列烯醇不仅对怀孕50~60天以上的绵羊人工流产效果不理想,对怀孕50天以内的绵羊进行人工流产处理,其人工流产效果也较差,这说明绵羊的妊娠建立和黄体维持与山羊相比更具复杂性,是不是绵羊的抗溶黄因子在妊娠早期影响了氯前列烯醇的溶黄体作用,很值得进一步研究探讨。

Conclusions: Some kinds of cytokines in the endometrium were up-regulated and some were down-regulated from stage of implantation window to the stage of early pregnancy.The temporal and cellular expression patterns of the cytokines in this transition indicate that the cytokines could be the key regulators of human implantation and pregnancy establishment.
