This article investigates the basic process,the criteria and enterprises in China:Bargaining Evaluation Approach(BEA) and Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP). 随着业务外包及采购全球化的兴起,供应商选择在供应链管理中越来越不容忽视。探讨了供应商选择的基 本步骤、评价准则及其方法,并认为有两种方法比较适应中国企业应用,即协商评价法和层次分析法。 协商评价问题的核心是确定各属性的权重.首先对评价者给出的区间赋值信息进行分类,确定各类信息的协商区间和协商值;然后利用所导出的有序加权平均(IOWA)算子对各类信息的协商区间和协商值进行集成,并对如何选取IOWA算子加权向量的问题进行了讨论.在此基础上提出了一种确定协商评价问题属性权重的方法.算例表明,该方法具有实用性和可操作性.
