A rabbit right hindlimb ischemic moldel was utilized to investigate the protection of SOD (superoxide dismutase, an oxgen anion scavenger) and mannitol (a hydroxyl radical scavenger) on skeletal muscle ischemia and reperfusion injury. 我们制作了兔后肢缺血模型,观察骨胳肌缺血/再灌注损伤后,应用超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和甘露醇对骨胳肌的保护作用。结果表明SOD和甘露醇可以不同程度地降低再灌注后细胞内酶(CPK、GOT和LDH)的释放和自由基终末代谢产物丙二醛(MDA)的生成,减轻骨胳肌细胞超微结构的破坏。提示骨胳肌缺血/再灌注损伤可能涉及了氧自由基代谢,自由基拮抗剂SOD和甘露醇对其有一定的保护作用。
