Regulation of phenolics synthesis by fruit bagging and its effects on furit quality were studied.The resuits showed that PAL and PPO activity in bagged fruit reduced to 45%-50% and 33%-41% of that in control fruit, and the phenolics synthesis was inhibited remarkably. Compared with the control, the pock number, pock diameter, chorophyll and lignin (most of it was sclereids) content of bagged fruit decreased by 25%,29%,80% and 32% respectively. Meanwhile, the water soluble phenolics in bagged fruit decreased to 43% of that in the control. The fruit quality in appearance, eating, storage and delivery was greatly improved by fruit bagging and the mechanism of those changes is discussed.

The fruit resistance to ring-rot disease(Physalospara piricola Nose) of 28 pear varieties were studied by spray-inoculation. 采用喷雾接种法对梨4个种28个品种的果实进行了轮纹病抗性鉴定,结果表明:不同品种果实抗性不同,水红宵、金梨、八月酥、栖霞小香水、居里、黄县长把、秋子表现抗果实轮纹病;不同品种群间抗性差异显著,白梨系统中存在着丰富的抗性资源;不同品种感病程度不同,西洋梨品种三季单果侵染点数最多,感病最重;不同品种贮藏期发病速度不同;套袋对控制果实轮纹病的发生起显著作用。
