The engineering geologic analysis of site for strong seismic effect. 3 .The main seismic engineering geologic problems and their evaluation.This paper demonstates that there are 3,5 - 6 degree dangerous seismic areas. By the study of seismic engineering geologic condition of ihe site, and by using the theory and method of response analysis of ground movement, the basic paramet er value of ground mo-vement of this area and the distributive regularity of dynamic characteristics at the site are determined.Finally the paper evaluates the main problem of seismic engineering geology and site condition. On the basis of that ,the paper predicts influence of seismic calamity for both Shenyang and Fushun.

Seismic work in cities is the main work of earthquake engineering at present, and also is an important aspect in comprehensive city planning. This paper preliminarily pro- bes into the seismic problems in cities in the following three aspects: urbanization and earthquake disasters in eities, distributions of cities and distributions of earthquakes, long-term and short-term predictions of earthquakes in cities.

城市地震工作是当前工程地震的主要工作,也是城市全面规划的一个重要方面。本文从城市化及其震灾、城市分布与地震分布、城市地震的远期预报和近期预报这三个方面对城市的地震问题进行了初步探讨。
