This paper summarizes the research results of rapid dam construction with Portland Low-heat Expand Cement Concrete in our institute in last ten years.On the basis of a great deal of laboratory test results analysis, the general properties of shrinkage-compensated concrete and some concepts of shrinkage-compensation have been proffered. The possibility of rapid construction by using shrinkage-compensated concrete in hydraulic engineering are investigated in light of test results of using shrin -kage compensated concrete in three dam construction practices. The third test is long block and full-face placement are used. The study results show that it is possible for rapid construction of dam to adopt the shrinkage compensated concrete in hydraulic engineering. Through many tests, a temperature control design formula for concrete dam has been provided. Therefore, it is suggested that the selfgrowth strain of concrete at its late age may be used as one of important Parameters of temperature control design for dam concrete.

本文总结了我院近十年来进行低热微膨胀水泥混凝土快速筑坝研究的成果,在分析了大量室内试验成果的基础上,提出了水工补偿收缩混凝土一般性质及补偿收缩特性的一些概念。在三次水工补偿收缩混凝土筑坝试验的基础上,探讨了采用水工补偿收缩混凝土进行快速施工的可能性,第三次通仓长块快速施工,研究成果表明采用水工补偿收缩混凝土有可能快速筑坝。在多次试验的基础上,文中提出了对混凝土大坝温度控制设计公式,建议把混凝土后期自生体积变形作为大坝混凝土温控设计重要参数之一。

A model of the path pressure drop of the horizontal shrinkage compensation with molten steel under the condition of horizontal continuous casting without hindrance has been worked out: The pressure becomes higher with the increase of the billet drawing speed. When the level of the molten steel in the tundish keeps 700 mm, the billet drawing speed for the structural alloy steel 35 CrMo should not be faster than 2. 5 m/min. Casting starting and before stopping,the drawing speed should be reduced below 2....
