The article also analyzed arisen reasons of new verb-adjective phrases from language mles relations between language and society relations between language and men.

笔者在大学外语教学中尝试了“博观约取、量中求质、积极建构、培养能力”的教学改革 :(1)以阅读教学为切入点 ,重视高质量的外语输入和输出 ;(2 )采用“点”、“线”、“面”教学方法 ,引导学生快速阅读、准确理解 ;(3)启发学生快速组词成句、组句成段、组段成篇的灵感 ,循序渐进地实现从外语知识建构向外语能力培养的转变 ;(4 )重视外语文化情境 ,积极探索多维的外语学习新路。
