The 25 species of fungi belong to the genera of Acaulospora, Gigaspora, Glomus, Sclerocystis and Scutellospora respectly, among which, 8 species were new record of China. Concerning mycorrhizal states and their evolution of these pteridophytes was disussed, and the taxonomic characters of the 25 fungi species were described in this article.

对云南热带、亚热带地区的256种蕨类植物的VA菌根状况进行了调查;从具有VA菌根的蕨类植物根际土壤中分离鉴定了分属于无梗囊霉(Acaulospora),巨孢囊霉(Gigaspora),球囊霉(Glomus),硬囊霉属(Sclerocystis)和盾孢囊霉属(Scutelospora)的25种VA菌根真菌,其中,8种属于国内新记录种。本文对这些植物的VA菌根状况及其进化进行了讨论,并对25种真菌的分类特征进行了描述。

Natural fern root resources abound in our country. In order to exploit this food resource, this article studied the technology of fern root beverage with methods of analysis contrast, orthogonal design and methematical statistics. 我国蕨根资源极为丰富 ,为开发利用蕨根资源 ,以鲜蕨根为研究原料 ,采用对比分析、正交试验和数理统计等方法 ,对蕨根取汁、澄清和配方等工艺进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,在2 5℃温度下 ,鲜蕨根切碎按质量比 1∶1加入冷开水混匀榨汁 ;所得蕨根汁以pH值 4.5、时间 2h、温度 80℃酶法处理效果最佳 ;用鲜蕨根原汁 15 0mL/L、蔗糖 14 0 g/L、柠檬酸 2g/L、蜂蜜 5g/L、饮品调料 0 .8g/L ,调配饮料 ,制得营养丰富、清凉爽口、风味独特的蕨根保健饮料。

The granular properties of fern root starch have been studied by using such modern analytical techniques as electron scanning-ray diffraction, polarizing microscope, etc. And the recrystallization method is used for separation and purification of amylose and amylopectin from fern root starch. The results show that recrystsllization for 8 times by forming amylose-butanol complex can result in pure amylose; recrystallization for 3 times to decant amylose can result in pure amylopectin. The size of fern root starch ranges from 5 to 31μm and with an average value of 12.08μm in diameter.

参照Badenhuizen法制备了蕨根淀粉,利用扫描电子显微镜和X-射线衍射仪对淀粉颗粒性质作了初步研究,并用重结晶方法对蕨根淀粉的直链和支链组分进行了初步分离。结果表明:蕨根淀粉颗粒的形状多为椭圆形、圆形;表面光滑无裂纹。用扫描电子显微镜上的微尺可测得蕨根淀粉颗粒粒径为5~31μm.重结晶8次可得完全纯化的蕨根直链淀粉;反复3次加入正丁醇去除残留的直链淀粉,可得完全纯化的蕨根支链淀粉。
