Hydroxy-chromium cross-linked bentonite(Cr-CLB)and hydroxy-cobalt crosslinked bentonite (Co-CLB) were prepared with clay from Heishan, Liaoning Province, China as raw material. The effects of preparation parameters on the property of cross-linked products were studied. Specific surface areas, basal spacings and differential thermal analysis (DTA) patterns of the cross-linked products were determined respectively with nitrogen adsorption volumetic method, X-ray diffraction analysis and DTA method. NH_3 adsorption DTA method was used to determine the total amount of acid and the acidic site distribution of the products. Their activity for n-hexadecane cracking and activity for cyclohexane dehydrogenation were studied with a pulse type reactor system. The results indicate that the aging period can be greatly shortened by increasing the temperature of cross-linked reaction. In comparison with aluminum cross-linked bentonite (Al-CLB), Cr-CLB has more acid and a stronger acidity, but Co-CLB has a weaker acidity than Al-CLB. As for the activity for n-hexadecane cracking, Cr-CLB is close to Al-CLB while Co-CLB is much lower than Al-CLB. However, both Cr-CLB and Co-CLB show excellent activity for cyclohexance dehydrogenation. The influence of various metallic crosslinked agents is clearly seen from the properties and catalytical behaviors of the cross-linked products.

以我国辽宁黑山膨润土为原料,制备了铬交联膨润土(Cr-CLB)和钴交联膨润土(Co-CLB)。考察了影响其物化性能的一些制备因素、酸性及某些催化反应性能。实验结果表明,提高反应老化温度可以缩短老化时间;Cr-CLB和Co-CLB具有良好的环己烷脱氢性能;Cr-CLB还具有较高的酸性,因此具有接近铝交联膨润土(Al-CLB)的裂化活性。
