    针对某300MW低倍率复合循环锅炉工况变化频繁,主汽温动态特性时变非线性较强的特点,文章采用分级设计控制方案,对一级喷水减温提出一种智能的“阀位”控制方法,对二级喷水减温采用模糊控制结合专家自整定串级PID控制方法,并应用集散控制系统,完成了该系统的设计和实施。实际工业应用结果表明,应用这种方法建立的主汽温控制系统比用常规方法建立的系统具有更好的控制品质和更强的抗干扰能力。
