本文回顾了我国十年来钻井技术的发展成就,对钻井基础理论研究和技术基础工作,对优选参数钻井技术、定向井丛式井水平进技术、调整井钻井技术、近平衡压力钻井与井控技术、保护油气层技术、深井配套技术等成熟的钻井技术现状进行了剖析。钻井技术的进步,使钻井速度明显加快,钻井质量稳步提高,钻井成本得到了控制,满足了勘探开发的要求。同时,对“九五”期间钻井技术的发展方向提出了建议,对研究、消化吸收国外90年代成熟的钻井新技术和前沿技术,缩短同国外的差距阐述了对策。最后,对钻井科技人才的培养选拔提出了初步构想。
