A mathematical model to describe the mixed lubricated piston rings and their friction performances was proposed and its results were compared with that from other lubrication models. In mixed lubrication model, the load and friction power sharing between the oil film and asperity apices is considered, so the model makes it easy to discuss the effect of the oil film temperature variation caused by the application of low heat rejection technique and surface roughness, etc. on the ring pack friction power...

本文给出了描述内燃机活塞环组混合润滑状态及摩擦特性的通用数学模型,并将其计算结果和其它三种润滑模型的结果进行了比较。在混合润滑模型中,由于同时考虑了油膜和表面粗糙凸峰相接触所承担的外载及其与摩擦功的关系,因此可以方便地用于讨论燃烧室采用隔热技术后油膜温度升高对环组摩擦功的影响。此外,文中还对表面粗糙度等的影响作了概要的讨论。

In this paper, the research works of Low Heat Rejection engines are surveyed and the new characteristics of combusticn process under high tempreture condition which results from ceramic instilation are analysed in detail. Two points of suppositions about the cause of slow combustion phenomenon in Low Heat Rejection enginc are proposed. Based on these assumptions, some available ways which may improve the high tempreture combustion process are put forward.

阐述了低散热发动机研究现状,总结了在陶瓷隔热的高温状态下油气混合、着火及燃烧的新特点,提出了缓燃现象成因的两点解释,设想出改善高温燃烧过程可能的有效措施。
