We have measured the transmissivity of He-Ne laser through tomato′s seed coat and found that a lot of photons of laser may enter the embryo of tomato seed. 激光是六十年代兴起的一门新的科学技术,近年来国内外有许多单位利用激光枝术,探索为农业服务的途径,发现激光能够使种子提前发芽,提早成熟,增加产量。为此,我们用氦—氖激光辐射番茄种子,采用不同的功率密度,不同时间,观察幼苗期过氧化物酶同工酶和酯酶同工酶的酶活性变化。实验结果表明,用氦—氖激光辐射番茄种子,湿种子同工酶的酶活性高于干种子。在相同的功率密度时,激光辐射的时间对同工酶的酶活性影响不大。功率密度不同对同工酶的酶活性有影响,当功率密度为0.024瓦/厘米~2时,同工酶的酶活性最高。
