A positive correlation existed between the plasm LPO and p1-Hb contents of the latter. The glutathione peroxidase and catalase activities of both groups did not differ significantly.These results suggested that if the dosage of hydrogen peroxide was so large as to go beyond the protective capacity...

小鼠静脉注射H_2O_2后,其血浆LPO和Pl—Hb的含量均较对照组为高,且Pl—Hb和LPO呈明显正相关;全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶的活性与对照组比较均无明显差异。结果提示静脉注射H_2O_2的量超过了小鼠红细胞的抗氧化保护能力;H_2O_2对小鼠红细胞膜脂质的过氧化损伤明显,使红细胞膜结构和功能破坏,导致溶血。

Chemiluminescence analysis, with flow injection, is used for the determination of vitamin B_(12) by means of the luminol hydrogen peroxide systetm. The linear range is 3 orders of magnitude and the detection limits is 10 ppb. All samples were analyzed by both this method and colorimetry and some comparison between these two methods was made as well. Because of its sensitivity, it can be used as a convenient, and rapid method for clinical drug analysis.

本文采用Luminol-H_2O_2发光体系和流动注射分析技术测定维生素B_(12)。样品用0.1 mol/L的盐酸处理,进样量为50μl。标准曲线的线性范围达3个数量级,检测下限为10ppb,方法的平均回收率为98.7%,变异系数为2.99%。用该法对三种不同厂家生产的维生素B_(12)注射液进行测定并与中国药典方法比较,测定结果基本一致。由于这种方法灵敏度高、分析速度快、样品用量少,因此可用于临床药物分析。

The hemolysis induced by hydrogen peroxide was enhanced with an increase in hydrogen peroxide concentration. Also, we investigated the effect of selenium (30 μg/kg. i. p. for 15d) on hemolysis and lipid peroxidation in old male rats induced by hydrogen peroxide. The results showed that selenium significantly decreased hemolysis and lipid peroxidation.

本实验给老龄Wistar雄性大鼠腹腔注射亚硒酸钠(30μg/kg)15d,观察硒对过氧化氢所致红细胞溶血及脂质过氧化的抑制作用。结果表明硒降低了过氧化氢对红细胞的溶血率,同时过氧化氢所致脂质过氧化作用明显减弱。
