The object of this study was to compare cell attachment and orientation indices of human gingival fibroblasts in demineralized surface of root slices with those in undemineralized ones,which was tested in vitro.It was found,partially demineralized surfaces of root slices were more effec-tive in cell attachment and orientation than those of undemineralized ones.This result further demonstrated that partial demineralization of root surface in perio-dontal surgery can significantly improve periodontal attachment...

本研究东利用体外细胞培养方法,应用电子计算机和计图仪等手段,对人牙龈成纤维细胞在不同根面状态—脱矿与非脱矿根面的移行、附着及定向生长进行研究,并对其生长附着的程度、面积等进行了动态观察及指数测定。以期为探讨牙周病患者牙周组织细胞的生长及新附着建立一种科学的实验方法。并为探索设计有效的牙周治疗方法及矛周外科治疗时的根面处理提供依据。实验结果表明,人牙龈成纤维细胞的生长及附着,在脱矿组显著高于非脱矿组。

The efficacy of cell attachment of human gingival fibroblasts(HGF)to the hydroxy-lapatite(HA)has been investigated.It was found,HGF grew well with no evidence ofcell necrosis or lysis,and the cells were very tightly attached to the HA particles.The HAare inert,biocompatible with HGF,and tolerated relatively well by the surrounding cells,This result further suggested that HA had a definite potential in treating periodontalosseous defects.

本实验采用人牙龈成纤维细胞体外培养的实验方法及扫描电镜观察,探讨新型人工骨材料—羟基磷灰石在植入并修复牙周病所致骨缺损后能否成为牙龈附着的基础,使牙龈结缔组织生长并牢固附着其表面,进而诱导新骨形成,为临床应用修复治疗牙周骨缺损、重建牙龈新附着提供依据。结果表明人牙龈成纤维细胞与羟基磷灰石附着生长情况良好,羟基磷灰石是一种具有良好组织生物相容性能的人工骨材料、用于牙周骨缺损的治疗,将有广阔发展前景。

镍基合金作为非贵金属高熔合金已广泛地应用于牙科的冠、桥修复和烤瓷牙的基底金属。但是镍基合金对人体是否有害这个问题,迄今尚存争议。本研究采用两种烤瓷用镍基合金在人工唾液中析出的镍量对人体牙龈成纤维细胞进行了细胞毒性实验。其结果表明:两种烤瓷用镍基合金在人工唾液中镍离子的析出量,对体外培养的牙龈成纤维细胞基本上无毒性。
