A SiC-TiB2 composite powder was preparaed by the reaction of rice hull ash with TiO2and B2O3. The reaction mechanism and the microstructure of composite powder were studies.XRD showed that when mixture was heated to 1850±30 ℃ for 1~1. 5 h the composite powder with βSiC and TiB2 phase was formed.By means of XRFS,EDAX and chemical analyses, it is found that content of βSiC and TiB2 is quite different in various particls. Some βSiC-content was higher than that of TiB2,and others TiB2-content was higher than...

研究了稻壳灰与TiO2和B2O3的反应.阐明了复合粉的反应机理和微观结构.X射线衍射分析表明复合粉为βSiC和TiB2用X射线萤光分析,X射线能谱分析和化学成份分析不同的粉末颗粒,发现βSiC和TiB2的含量有明显差别,说明βSiC和TiB2在颗粒中呈非均匀分布.
