Bilateral cumulative tensile explosion,a new controll blasting technology of cumulative explosion,is put forward and defined,which aims at resolving the problems existing in conventional blasting,smooth blasting,present control blasting and the status of complex outline shaping blasting in rock masses with high uniaxial compressive strength. In application,the charge is put into a special set with cumulative effect in two designed directions,and then the charged set is put into the shot hole. After being detonated,even compressive stress and concentrated tensile stress from explosion are produced in non-controlled and controlled directions,respectively,and then the stresses act on corresponding wall of the shot hole. As a result,crannies are initiated and propagated and rock mass are fractured in controlled direction. The characteristics of new blasting technology,matching sets,explosion mechanism and mechanics models of explosion are detailedly introduced in the paper. On the basis of field experiments of explosion of single borehole and multi-boreholes, the technology is applied to blast rock window and bench in some special large caverns. The satisfactory blasting effects have been achieved. The application results show that the technology is practicable and effective to complex outline shaping blasting of rock mass with high uniaxial compressive strength. The technology shows a bright future of widespread applications.

针对光面爆破和当前聚能控制爆破存在的问题,以及某特大型硐室高强度岩体复杂断面成型爆破的工程现状,提出了双向聚能拉伸爆破新技术,对其特点、相应的聚能装置、聚能爆破机理、爆破力学行为及力学模型作了详细介绍。在单孔、联孔爆破的基础上,将该技术应用于硐室的方形断面和岩台成型爆破,收到了良好的爆破效果。该技术的开发与应用,为高强度岩体复杂断面成型爆破提供了一条高效低耗途径,有广阔的应用前景。

The present paper aims at introducing a new controlled blasting technique of bilateral cumulative tensile explosion initiated by the author on the basis of defining the characteristics of the rock masses and their ability to resist high compression but easy to get fractured. Illustrating and analyzing all the so far existing problems in directional fracture controlled explosion, the author has found that when using the technology, the rock masses are mostly cracked as a result of the concentrated tensile stress due to the cumulative effect of the bilateral cumulative set specifically developed in bilateral cumulative tensile explosion. The paper has then given a detailed description of the merits and demerits of the present technique with the mechanism and mechanics models of the blasting being analyzed. Next, the author has also conducted a series of basic field experiments on the bilateral cumulative tensile explosion. In addition, he also carried out some shaping explosions of a rock rectangular cross-section (a rock window) with only one free surface and a rock bolt-beam profile(a rock bench) with two free surfaces in a cavern with satisfactory blasting results obtained. The results of experiments and the corresponding applications indicate that the technique enjoys outstanding features, such as simple procedure, easy operation and low cost. The whole process of initiation, propagation and arrest of cracks can be effectively controlled by the technique. The complex profile shaping blasting of rock masses with high uniaxial compressive strength can be effectively accomplished by using the present technique, whose promising applications can be seen from the presentation of the author's analysis of the related cases studies.

针对当前定向断裂控制爆破存在的问题 ,结合某特大型硐室成型爆破工程的地质、工程条件 ,利用岩石耐压而怕拉的特性 ,提出了双向聚能拉伸爆破技术。对该技术的特点、破岩机理、力学模型作了详细介绍与分析。进行了现场双向聚能拉伸爆破基础试验研究。在此基础上 ,该技术被应用于硐室的方形断面 (1个自由面 )和岩锚梁 (2个自由面 )的成型爆破。现场试验及应用结果表明 ,双向聚能拉伸爆破工艺简单、操作方便 ,能有效地控制裂纹产生、发展方向及断裂面的形成 ,实现岩体的精确控制爆破 ,应用前景广阔

During the shaping blasting in primal gentle slope,the toe rocks and boulders are produced readily in general deep-hole blasting.Taking the west area in Wulongquan Limestone Mine of WISCO as an example,the reason is analyzed and large diameter deep-hole springing blasting is suggested.Through the industrial test and analyzing the results,this method is successful in practice.Comparing their technical and economical index,the springing blasting is reasonable in economy too.

在对原始缓边坡进行整形爆破处理的过程中,采用常规的深孔爆破方法易出现根底和大块。文章以乌龙泉矿西区原始缓边坡为例,从理论上分析了出现这一问题的原因,提出采用大直径孔药壶爆破可较好地处理这一问题。通过现场工业试验,分析药壶爆破效果,证实它在技术上是可行的,并在试验的基础上,比较分析其技术经济指标,得出大直径孔药壶爆破在经济上也是合理的。
