Polymer/polymer layered composite film with IPN interface,which was obtained according to the principle of molecular design of polymer,is a novel composite film materials.We prepared it by taking a polymer solution as a induction-filming agent of some monomer,making the monomer filming,then polymerizing the monomer into a polymer.This corn posite film is of good completeness of structure. It technology of preparation is very simple and it is a functional composite film expected as well.

This paper analyzes the effect of the surface tension, the adhesion force, and the cohesive force on the molecular design of polymer adhesive, and proposes the method of choosing the monomer, the composition of the coplymer, the method of across - linking and the polymerizing technology.
