For the purpose of environmental protection, a steam stripping method and related apparatus are designed in this paper. The results are satisfactory. They manifest themselves by: ammouia NH_4~+ -N≤100ppm; CO_2→0; pH<9; concentration of recovered NH_3, 15%; recovery ratio of NH_3, well above 95%; recovery of waste heat, up to 50%. To treat one ton of wastewater needs 0. 12--0. 13 ton overheat steam which shows a temperature of 104℃--105℃. Cost-effectiveness analysis of this process shows a net profits of ¥0. 29 per ton of wastewater. It shows no secondary contamination.

本文应用汽提脱氨原理,设计了治理含氨废水的实验装置。其研究结果,处理废水量为30■,能从含氨浓度1%W(V),HCO_3~-(按CO_2计)0.05—0.85%(W/V)的废水中,以氨回收率>95%、回收氨浓度≥=15%(W/V),使净化后水中残留氨型氮含量<100ppm,余烈回收达50■无需外加冷却用水;处理每吨废水仅耗105℃的蒸汽0.13t,却净得利人民约0.3元;无二次污染■有利资源回收,环境效益高。

A few methods for removal of residual monomers from polymer latexes were reviewed. The traditional steam stripping method has many disadvantages. The postpolymerization method had advantages such as lower energy consumption, simple process,etc. Relative manufacturers at home should develop and use postpolymerization and stream stripping-postpolymerization methods to reduce residual monomers in polymer latexes and enhance quality of the products.
