The problem of tuning of the load feedback control system of boil-turbogenerator unit, as the turbine is equipped with power-frequency control system,is discussed in this paper. This control system is a 2× 2 multivariable system. In order to ensure sufficient stablity of the whole control system, the tuning values of the turbine controller and the boiler controller must be matched each other but these values may be varied in a wide range. Feedforword and nonlinear limitting pressure element are always introduced in practical control system. In that case, if only the tuning values of two controllers are matched properly, the generating unit load control system would have nearly same dynamic performance, even though the tuning values of the controllers are very different.

本文讨论汽轮机采用功频调节系统时,锅炉-汽轮发电机单元机组负荷反馈控制系统的整定问题。该控制系统是一个2×2多变量系统。汽轮机功率控制器和汽压控制器的参数必须正确配合以保证单元机组负荷控制系统的稳定性,但是两个控制器的参数可以在很大范围内改变。实际应用的单元机组负荷控制系统中都引入前馈和非线性限压元件,在这种情况下,只要两个控制器的整定参数配合适当,那么,即使控制器的参数值差别很大,而负荷控制系统的动态品质却是很接近的。

In this paper, the transfer matrix method is used to calculate the dynamic stress and supporting reaction of a 200MW turbogenerator unit, which was in the earlier stage of a large accident. The calculating results show: in this stage, either oil whip or unbalance vibration was not enough directly to cause plastic deformation, of generator rotor, but whip may lead to separation of some spinning components from rotor, then cause the deterioration of balance condition of rotor and take the upper half of bearing...

本文采用传递矩阵法,对处于事故前期的某台国产200MW机组转子的动应力及支承动反力进行了数值计算。计算结果表明:事故初期的油膜振荡和不平衡振动不足以直接造成发电机转子的塑性变形损坏,只有在油膜振荡造成转动部件飞脱,引起转子原始平衡状态恶化,进而使轴承上瓦掀开,才有可能使转子发生塑性变形直至毁坏。
