本文对化学工业过程控制与优化的许多方面的目前状况及今后的发展进行了综述。其中,特别对工业计算机控制系统,在线工业传感器与“软测量技术”,各种高级控制算法与控制结构的开发,人工智能,专家控制,人工神经网络在化工过程建模与控制的应用,控制管理一体化及化工过程调优等方面进行了较多的阐述。另外,对今后这些方面的发展趋势也作了简短的讨论。

The theoretical frame of soft measuring method and the design of five kinds of soft measuring models are described comprehensively. The application of soft measuring technology is discussed and the research objects of soft measuring technology in the future are presented.

Correspondingly, it may be divided into freshet regulation section, gully bed and slope stabilization section, gully protection section and flood diversion section according to the prevention and control function. The scales of debris flow are different at these sections due to the varied hydrologic characteristics, movement behavior dynamic action and disaster features. Therefore, the relative ideas and measures for controlling debris flow may be work out, as well as the integrated prevention and control system constituted by the relevant engineering installations would be taken.

本文针对泥石流灾害的特点,提出泥石流防治的实用性原理:抑制泥石流发生原理、减弱泥石流活动原理、泥石流危险区防护原理。并结合实例给予说明
