The construction period and cost of a high embankment dam de- pends largely on the level of mechanization of construction. To raise the level of mechanization, we must replace those parts of manual operation in construction with mechanized techniques. Without this improvement, the efficiency of construction machines can never be really raised, no matter how large are the capacities and amounts of the machines being used.

高土石坝的建设周期、工程造价等问题都与施工机械化程度有着密切关系。要提高施工机械化的水平,必须把传统工艺中人力施工部分用机械施工来代替。否则,使用先进施工机械的容量再大,数量再多,也不能充分发挥施工机械的效率,总工期仍会受人力施工的环节所束缚。本文根据坝高大于100米的碧口、石头河与菲尔泽土石坝的施工实践,着重论述:高土石坝防渗体与两岸接合部采用重型机械施工;基础混凝土以上第一层土材采用气胎碾直接碾压;防渗体、反滤料与坝壳的“犬牙交错”平起填筑。坝壳料用震动碾震压:用综合铺料法填筑:分区分段接合部的施工以及抛填块石护坡等一套机械化筑坝技术。施工实践证明,上述筑坝技术,可充分发挥机械效率,提高工程质量,加快填筑速度,降低成本,为今后高土石坝工程全面实现机械化施工奠定了基础。

This paper has considered several main factors (including climate, flood prevention, different structural shapes of embankment, control of construction schedule, filling for different parts of the dam, and the other construction restrictions) that affect the construction of embankment dam. The simulation model about the whole construction processes for a high embankment dam has been built up, as well as its simulation programmes. According to one mechanical shift cost of loading and transporting equipment (including operating normally and in idle) and the principle of the minimal total cost, the optimal allocation of loading and transporting equipment within feasible region can be selected by simulation, so it will give us a reasonable basis for selecting capacity and number of equipment. Moreover, we can also predict the real construction schedule of the dam and prove the feasibility of a schedule by simulating its construction processes. After simulating and analysing a practical project, a high benefit resulted from the selection of the capacity and number of loading and transporting equipment for an embankment project.

本文考虑了影响土石坝施工的几个主要因素(包括气候、汛期拦洪的要求、坝体不同的结构形式、施工进度控制、坝体不同部位的分部填筑上升、以及其他施工约束条件等),建立了土石坝施工全过程的模拟模型,并编制了相应的模拟程序。根据装、运机械的台班费(包括正常施工和停工台班费),以总费用最低为原则,在计算机上模拟,便可在可行域内选择出土石坝施工装、运机械的最优配备方案,给设备的选型配套提供定量的依据。此外,通过对土石坝施工过程的模拟,还可预测土石坝的实际施工进程,对土石坝施工进度可行性进行论证。通过实际工程的计算、分析发现:装、运机械的正确选型配套具有很高的经济效益。
