As waste water is treated with mycelial fungi, not only is obtained the high removal efficiency of COD and BOD, but also get a larger number of feet protein. The method is an effective one that convert waste into useful materials.Methods Fifty soil samples collected from the soil polluted in the brewery and alcohol factory are isolated in the solid culture. The mycelial fungi obtained is fermented. Through centrifuge,the yield and protein content of the mycelium collected and value of COD in liquor are analysed.Results Two strains of mycelial fungi;Fusarium BF 66 and Trichdrma Th-27 are screened for treatment of the waste water. Following addition of urea and KH2PO4, adjustment pH 5~7,and treating 22~30 hr, the removal efficiency of COD was more than 75%, the yield of biomass are 15g / L and 17.5g / L resPCctively, the protein content of two strains is more than 35%.Conclusion The mycelium fungi, Fusarium Bf-66 and Trichoderma Th 27 collected would be safe and have all amino acids. So it would be a favorable fungi protein for feed.

研究目的选育能利用酒精和啤酒废水且蛋白质含量高的优良丝状真菌。研究背景酒精厂和啤酒厂废水是排放量大、污染严重的工业废水,用丝状真菌处理这类废水不但有较高的化学氧化值(COD)和生物氧化值(BOD)去除率,还可以获得大量饲用真菌蛋白,是综合利用、变废为宝的有效途径。研究方法采集酒厂、酒精厂和啤酒厂等排放废水附近的土样50个,在固体培养基上分离,将分离到的丝状真菌发酵培养,通过离心收集菌体,测定菌丝干重和蛋白质含量,并测定上清液的COD值。结果选育出两株处理酒精和啤酒废水性能较好的FusarlumBf-66和TrchodrmTh—27菌株,在废水中添加少量尿素、KH2PO4,PH值为5~7处理22~3o小时后,COD去除率达75%以上,菌体干重分别达15g/L和17g/L以上,两菌株蛋白质含量超过35%。结论所获菌丝安全可靠,其氨基酸齐全,配比合理,是理想的饲用真菌蛋白。

The cellulase synthesis of the fungi had a negative relativity to their intracellular ATP contents. The cAMP content of the fungi was determined by HPLC. The fungal cellulase synthesis was increased by exogenous cAMP under depression conditions. However, exogenous cAMP could not relax the repression of cellulase synthesis when it had happened. The levels of intracellular ATP and cAMP are the essential factors in the regulation of cellulase synthesis in mycelial fungi.

以虫荧光素酶法检验了四株丝状真菌在葡萄糖—无机盐液体培养过程中的胞内ATP含量。结果表明,只有当胞内ATP浓度低于10~(-S)mg/ml时,真菌才开始合成胞外纤维素酶(FPA)。以不同浓度的各种碳源培养时,菌体胞内ATP含量只要超过10~(-1)mg/ml,FPA的合成即发生阻遏。菌体胞内ATP含量与FPA合成呈显著负相关。以高效液相色谱(HPLC)法检测了菌体培养液中的cAMP含量。在非阻遏条件下,外源cAMP可以提高FPA的合成水平。但外源cAMP不能解除已经发生的酶合成阻遏。菌体ATP和cAMP水平是调节真菌纤维素酶合成的重要因子。
