实验表明,随着烘烤温度和预变形量的增加,ELC─BH钢板的烘烤硬化性增加,但预变形量超过一定值时BH值反而下降;烘烤时间对BH值的影响与预变形量的影响趋势相同,但BH直变化范围很小。适当调整预变形量、烘烤温度和时间三个变量可使其BH值达到饱和,得到最佳硬化。

The internal frictions in as-received and bake-hardened (BH) specimens of 340 MPaclass steels with various chemical compositions and/or BH-values produced by Baoshan Iron & SteelCompany have been measured. The internal friction spectra and the BH-values of the specimens whichwere deformed with 2% and then were treated at 100℃, 170℃ and 250℃ for various time respectivelyhave been studied. The internal friction spectra and the BH-values of the specimens whichwere deformed with 2% and then were treated at 100℃, 170℃ and 250℃ for various time respectivelyhave been studied. It was found that the Snoek peak descends or even disappears, meanwhile, the lowertemperature branch of SKK peak bulges or there occurs a peak sometimes for 100℃ treatment, and theheight of SKK peak (hsKK) rises coincidently with the BH-value for 170℃ treatment; while with theBH-value enlarging, hsKK lowers and the temperature of the peak moves toward lower temperatures forthe situation of 250℃ treatment. In addition, the value of the concentration of the solute carbon in steellattice has been also given. The discussion to the results was made and the mechanism of the BH-propertywas explained.

本文测量了宝山钢铁公司生产的340MPa级烘烤硬比(BH)钢(汽车钢)供货态及其BH态试样的内耗;研究了预变形2%后,分别在100,170和250℃时效不同时间试洋的内耗谱与VBH的关系,结果表明:在Snoek峰发生下降甚至几乎消失的同时,100℃处理引起SKK峰低温支隆起或隐现有峰,170℃处理引起SKK峰高度与钢的VBH值上升,250℃处理引起VBH值增大,但使SKK峰降低并向低温移动等用内耗法给出了钢晶格中的固溶C含量。
