The relationship between the straightness error of the slide motion and axial motion error of the bore rotation is given here. A Laser Geometrical Error Measurement System (LGEMS) has been developed and used for checking the straightness of the slide motion in a five degree-of-freedom system (ΔZ, ΔY, α, β, γ) An AR(4) optimum model is found by Dynamic Data System strategy and used for on-line forecasting compensatory control by microcomputer. The simulation results show that the axis straightness errors of bored hole are decreased from 8μm to 2μm in the Y direction, and from 15μm to 9μm in Z direction on 340mm of length. The results are very notable. This methodology can be used on NC or CNC machine tools.

为在镗削时提高被加工孔的轴线直线度的精度,给出了拖板运动直线度误差和刀具回转轴线运动误差之间的关系,并研制利用激光测量装置在线同时测量拖板运动不直线度五个误差分量△Z,△Y,α,β,γ。利用动态数据系统(D.D.S.)处理方法对所得的数据进行系统建模,得到该动态系统最佳模型——四阶自回为模型AR(4)。利用微处理机对加工直线度误差进行向前一步予报及补偿控制,模拟实验结果表明在340毫米长度上镗孔轴线直线度误差在Y,Z两方向上分别从8微米和15微米缩减到2微米和9微米,校正效果显著。该方法可用于计算机数字控制机床及加工中心。

The mathematical models of axis straightness errors by Least Square evaluation and minimum condition are discussed in this paper. On the basis of them, three optimization algorithms for minimum condition evaluation are introduced. A practical example of calculation is also given.

The mathematical models developed and imitation results can lay a theoritical foundation for developing the instrument and system to measure the axis straightness error.

在介绍符合定义的求解轴线直线度误差数学模型的基础上,着重对此方法进行了仿真分析,研究了安装误差、测量系统中测头的直行运动误差及其对仪器回转轴线的平行度误差等对轴线直线度误差测量结果的影响.文中建立的数学模型和仿真研究得出的结论为研制轴线直线度误差测量仪和在线测量系统打下了理论基础.
