Purpose: To establish the lens regeneration model in New Zealand rabbits, observe the lens regeneration process to investigate the mechanism of lens epithelial cell growth and lens regeneration.

目的:建立兔眼晶状体再生模型,探讨晶状体上皮细胞生长及晶状体再生的机制。方法:在8只新西兰白兔兔眼上行超声乳化晶状体吸除术,建立晶状体囊袋模型,术后裂隙灯观察晶状体再生并行再生晶状体的组织学检查。结果:术中撕囊口较小并有相对完整囊袋结构的实验兔眼可观察到晶状体再生;再生晶状体周边及前囊下有较好的透明性,越接近中央及后囊越混浊;组织学研究表明再生晶状体的赤道部晶状体上皮细胞增殖分化形成晶状体纤维,中央区LEC未参与增殖分化;再生晶状体的混浊部位其晶状体纤维排列混乱;囊膜皱折区有大量细胞增殖。结论:保留晶状体囊袋空间结构的相对完整性,可使兔眼晶状体再生;晶状体再生是赤道部晶状体上皮细胞增殖分化形成,囊膜形态结构影响细胞的增殖和分化。眼科学报 2002;18:230-234,248.

Objective:To observe the phenomena of lens regeneration in rabbits in vivo and the influence of vitamin A on it.Methods:Intracapsular lens extraction were done.Following the operation,0.1ml vitamin A oil was given by subcutaneous injection into abdomen every other day in experimental group,while 0.1ml saline was given in control group.This procedure lasted 2 months.The animals were observed regularly after operation and were put to death at the 16th week follwing the operation.The state of lens regeneration were analyzed by means of tissue sections and ultrathin sections.Results:There were 3 and 1 eye(s)in which regenerated lens-like substance was found in the back of iris respectively in experimental group and in control group.The regenerated substance was estimated to be typical lens sturcture after the light microscopical and electron microscopical analysis.Conclusion:Our experiment suggests that the substance possessing typical lens structure can be regenerated after lens extraction in rabbit,although the intact regenerated lens is not found at present.Vitamin A can accelerate this course in vivo.

目的:观察活体内兔眼晶状体再生现象及维生表素A对晶状体再生的影响。方法:兔眼行囊晶体摘除术,术后实验给隔日腹部皮下注射维生素A0.1ml,对照组隔日腹部皮下注射用水0.1ml,注射共持续2月。术后定期观察,16周后处死动物,观察晶状体再生情况并做组织切片和超薄切片观察。结果:实验组与对照组中分别有3眼和1眼可见虹膜后再生的晶状体样物质,行光镜和电镜检查为典型晶状体结构。结论:兔眼晶体摘除后可再生出具有典型晶体结构的物质,但目前尚未观察到完整的再生晶体。维生素A对上述过程有一定的正向调节作用。
