Under stirring and catalyst,aluminium lactate was synthesized with lactate and aluminium as its raw and processed malerials. Orthogonalizing design was adopted. And the best technological conditions were selected:reaction time= 14 h,w(lacticacid) = 0.10,reaction temperatures= 105 ℃,n(lactic acid):n(aluminium) = 3.025.The transform was 95.1%,the purity =100%.
The reaction took place under the condition of which temperature is 98℃,time 10h, n (lactic acid) ∶ n (aluminium) ratio by 3.025, w (lactic acid) =0.20, concentration of catalyst 0.02% and stirring . The reaction mixture was separated to obtain aluminium lactate . The process yield was 92%,and the purity was 99.1%.
