Three bioassay procedures are described for comparing their sensitivities to chlorsulfuron in this paper. Rape (Brassica campestris L. )Was found to be a more susceptible species than cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.)and maize (Zea mays L.). And it was proved that the reproductivity of the rape test is high,its results are reliable and its procedure is simple and rapid. Therefore the rape test was believed suitable for determining bioactivities of the sulfonylurea herbicides represented by the chlorsulfuron....

This paper reports the synthesis of the sulfonylurea-herbicide Intermediats-2-ethoxycarbanioyl-4 ,6-dimethoxypyrimidine by the reaction of ethoxycarbonyl isothiocyanide with 1, 3-propane diimidedimethy 1 ester. Under nitrogen we found the better reaction Conditions and thus improved the litera-ture-reported value and the yield reaches 45 % to 65% .

采用乙氧羰基异硫氰酸酯和,3-丙二酰亚胺二甲酯为原料,乙腈作溶剂,在氮气保护下,控制适当温度,合成了磺酰脲类除草剂中间体-2-乙氧端基氨基-4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶,产率由45%提高到65%。还探讨了反应的机理.
