The expression for the principal stress of backward extrusion with biconical punch under conditions of semi-active friction can be derived from the solution of primary stress of cup-like piece backward extruding with biconical punch. The set-up is designed for experiments of backward extrusion under conditions of semi-active friction and can be used in practical production as well. The experiments prove the effectiveness of semi-active friction in lowering the pressure of backward extrusion for cup-like pieces of rolling bearing steel. It is pointed out that backward extrusion under conditions of semi-active friction is suitable for workpieces which are deep cup-like, and also for those workblanks with one of following features: large-sized, thin wall, high resistance force to deformation as well as ill lubrication.

针对精密机床半主动隔振系统最优化问题 ,建立 2自由度机床力学模型 ;以导轨 2点加速度均值最小为优化目标函数 ,并考虑多种约束条件 ,编制了具有基因库和E算子的遗传算法软件包GaE对机床隔振系统主动元件和被动元件参数进行优化。优化结果表明 ,用遗传算法求解 2自由度机床隔振系统最优化问题是高效的 ,同时也是全局收敛的。
