This paper presents a review on the studies of the effective elastic moduli of three dimensional braided composite materials. The relationship among macromechanical properties of multi directional composites, composing properties and mesobraided structures is investigated based on a material design point view, with macroscopic and mesoscopic aspects combined and material science and mechanics integrated. The nonlinear behavior of braided composites is also studied.

In this paper,a special wavelet transform used to analyze snapped section surface image of three-dimensional braided composite material and detect the fiber volume fraction is proposed.In this paper,we used a two-dimensional dyadic wavelet that its computation of the wavelet transform in image processing depends only upon the wavelet functional values at a few integer points.Using this,we can make quite computing true.Through many experiments on detection of fabric composite's snapped cross sections,clearer and more consistent results are obtained than tradiationl methods.Computing fiber volume fraction of fabric composites on it,we can get the satisfactory results,which has magnificent significance on the study of the properties of the fabric composite.

提出了一种基于一类特殊小波变换对三维编织复合材料拉伸断面进行图像处理、测量复合材料纤维体积含量的方法。通过实验及对比 ,得到了比传统边缘检测更加清晰连贯的图像 ,对于研究复合材料的力学性能具有重要意义。

In this paper,a method that fiber volume fraction of three-dimensional braided composite material is measured is proposed.It is based on snapped section surface image of three-dimensional braided composite material processed.Many experiments prove that those results are in accordance with the data supplied by manufacture.This contributes greatly to the automatic detection of the fabric composite's parameters.

提出基于小波变换对三维编织复合材料拉伸断面进行图像处理 ,进行纤维体积含量测量的方法。检测结果与复合材料生产工艺提供的纤维体积含量标准值相吻合 ,实现了复合材料参数的自动检测。
