In order to study the effect of exam anxiety on immunologic function,mental test and determination of T lymphocyte subpopulation were performed in 120 school children ages 11-12.The results showed that exam as an exciting tactor might cause anxiety and led a higher incidence of respiratory infections.Before exam CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 decreased,especially in children with anxiety.It was revealed that exam might result in anxiety and decrease in immunologic function.

为观察和探讨小学生考试应激对免疫功能的影响,采用心理测试方法和外周血T淋巴细胞亚群检测法检测了11-12岁儿童120例的焦虑程度和免疫功能变化。结果显示考试应激可使焦虑评分增高,并且发现可使呼吸道感染的发生率明显升高。考试前CD3细胞,CD4细胞,CD4/CD8值较考试后降低,焦虑明显的儿童降低尤为明显,存在着显著性差异(P<0.05)。因此,考试应激可引起儿童焦虑并产生免疫功能降低。
