This paper presents a tentative discussion on the genetic features of ninety-day-old Wuding Chicken with its liveweight, chest-angle, length of breastbone and the carcass characteristics. Two batches each consisting if 200 pure bred chickens taken. The statistical analysis on their mean and standard deviation respectively were also taken. The genetic analyses were made by half-sib correlative method within a unit in which data from chickens hatched in different seasons, and where different sex were combined....

This paper presents a tentative discussion on the genetic features of ninety-day-old Wuding Chicken with its liveweight, chest-angle, length of breastbone and the carcass characteristics. Two batches each consisting if 200 pure bred chickens taken. The statistical analysis on their mean and standard deviation respectively were also taken. The genetic analyses were made by half-sib correlative method within a unit in which data from chickens hatched in different seasons, and where different sex were combined. The variance and covariance eliminated the influence of non-genetic factors were calculated by two factors with cross group analysis, by which the heritabilities estimated as follows: for liveweight, 0.364, chestbone, 0.1843, chest angle, 0.376; The heritabilities of ten features of carcass characters are: the highest is the whole net dressing weight 0.8748; the lowest is the carcass weight 0.1. In addition, the experiment also deals with the phenotpic correlation, genetic correlation and environmental correlaion with the ninety-day-old chicken's liveweight, the length of chestbone, chest angle with the carcass characteristics. The results showed that there is a high genetic correlation between the liveweight and chest angle 0.425. The liveweight and the length of chestbone 0.4652. Moreover a strong positive Correlation between the three phenotypic characters and the various characters of carcass weight existed. Therefors, the Subsidiary selection of the three characters would increase the accuracy of selection and promote genetic improvoment.

本文对武定鸡90日龄活重、胸角、龙骨长及屠体性状的遗传规律初步进行了探讨。材料取自我校鸡场1985年1~6月两批出雏的各200只纯繁殖鸡种,测定诸性状的平均数、标准差。遗传分析用单元内半同胞相关法,将不同季节及性别不同资料合并,计算活重遗传力为0.364,龙骨0.1843,胸角0.376,屠体十个性状的遗传力最高是全净膛重0.8748,最低屠体重0.1,此外着重分析活重、龙骨长、胸角度与屠体主要性状的表型相关、遗传相关及环境相关。结果活重与胸角度、龙骨长间存在较高的遗传相关(0.425、0.4652)。而这三个性状,又与屠体诸性状的主要性状间呈较强的正相关。因此通过对活重等三个性状的辅助选择,有可能提高选种的准确性,从而提高遗传改进量。

Observations on growth and N retention were made during the periods of 20-60 and 60-90 kg body weight. Carcass characteristics at 90 kg bodyweight were also observed. Lean percentage and the Longissimus muscle protein content were higher (P<.01) with high protein than low protein diets.The effects on carcass fat and backfat were opposite (P<.01) . There was no effect of dietary protein level on daily gain and feed conversion (P>.05) . No effect of lysine/protein ratio was observed on other criteria except the reduced daily gain, daily intake and dressing percentage with the increasing lysine/protein ratios (P<.05) . The results suggested that a dietary protein level of 16-14% with a lysine/protein ratio of 4.5% might be required for the cross-bred lean type pigs.

用2个蛋白水平和2个赖蛋比值作2×2析因设计,将32头始重25公斤的长白×北黑F_1代猪随机分成4组,每组8头,进行饲养试验;将16头阉公猪也分为4组,每组4头,进行N—平衡试验,研究了以玉米—豆饼为基础的饲粮蛋白质和赖蛋比水平对猪在20—60公斤和60—90公斤两个体重阶段的生产性能,氮沉积和90公斤时胴体品质的影响。粗蛋白由16—14%降至14—12%时极显著降低了胴体瘦肉率、背最长肌蛋白含量和日氮沉积量,提高了背膘厚,对增重和饲料效率等无明显影响。赖蛋比4.5—4.5%提高到5.0—4.5%,除降低 日采食量、增重和屠宰率(P<0.05)外,对其余指标均无影响。本试验结果表明:长×北F_1代瘦肉猪饲粮适宜粗蛋白为16—14%,赖蛋比为4.5—4.5%。
