This article presents the structural features, material composition, process data, product performance of the block. It also states the special designed casting formation production equipment for this block.

Objective:To investigate renal ultrasonographic contrast characteristics with intravenous injection of micro-bubble agent Levovist by ear veins on normal rabbits.Methods:Two dimensional image of echo density of normal renal cortex was evaluated before and after intravenous injection of Levovist in 8 female rabbits, and some parameters of time-density curve such as peak intensity, the area under the curve (AUC) and the mean transit time (MTT) of renal cortex were measured with built-in software....

Objective:To investigate renal ultrasonographic contrast characteristics with intravenous injection of micro-bubble agent Levovist by ear veins on normal rabbits.Methods:Two dimensional image of echo density of normal renal cortex was evaluated before and after intravenous injection of Levovist in 8 female rabbits, and some parameters of time-density curve such as peak intensity, the area under the curve (AUC) and the mean transit time (MTT) of renal cortex were measured with built-in software. The contrast intensity of kidney was analyzed by self pre- and post contrast or inter-comparison at different concentrations of Levovist. Results: After intravenous injection of microbubble agent Levovist, two dimensional images of renal contex was greatly enchanced, 3 being Grade Ⅱ , 5 in Grade Ⅲ ,and before contrast the echo intensity of all rabbits' renal cortex were Grade I . The curve of echo-density revealed that the peak time of AUC and PI was 5 seconds after Levovist injection, recovered after 45 seconds. The suitable concentration of Levovist was 300 mg/ml. Conclusion: Levovist is safe, reliable and has characteristics on kidney blood perfusion, and worthy of furthdr application.

目的:探讨正常兔Levovist经耳缘静脉注入后肾脏起声增强特点。方法:8只雌性家兔分别于造影前后评价肾实质的回声强度,利用机器内置的软件绘制肾皮质声学密度曲线,计算曲线下面积(AUC)、灌注峰值(PI)和平均通过时间(MTT),采用自身前后对照或观察不同Levovist不同浓度的肾皮质增强程度。结果:造影后兔肾皮质的二维图像明显增强,3只达Ⅱ级,5只达到Ⅲ级(造影前所有兔肾皮质均为Ⅰ级)。时间强度曲线示造影剂注入5s后AUC、PI达高峰,45s后恢复,Levovist浓度以300mg/ml为宜。结论:Levovist安全、可靠,对正常兔肾脏的血流灌注具有特征性,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical and biological effects induced with low power ultrasound radiating CO_2 micro-bubble into the vessel. Methods Through peripheral vein injected CO_2 micro-bubble agent, tumor was radiated locally with low power ultrasound (0.5 W) on skin surface 2-3 times weekly, 3-6 times for every patient in total of 83 cases with malignance including those in wall of thorax and abdomen or in cavity of antinode. Results The cases got regression above 50% in 13 cases (26%), steady in 27 cases (54%), progression in 4 cases (8%), improvement in the score of quality of life in 28 cases (56%); post-treatment 4 cases (8%) emerge hepatic function in elevated, which were cases that associated with chemical therapy; amelioration of cancer ache in 35 cases (70%). The marked damage was not found after treated in those patients. Serum liver enzymes ALT and AST were not found abnormal heightening change after local treatment on hepatic malignance. Conclusion It will become a new method without damage for treating malignant tumor with low power ultrasound radiating CO_2 micro-bubble into the vessel.

目的探讨低功率超声辐射血管内微泡剂对恶性肿瘤血管的临床生物疗效。方法83例恶性肿瘤患者,外周静脉注入CO2微泡剂,以低功率低频率超声(0.5W)经皮辐射肿瘤局部,每周2~3次,每例病人治疗3~6次。结果超声组50例疗效治疗后病变缩小达50%以上,呈部分缓解为13例,有效率占总数的26%;稳定为27例,占总数的54%;进展为4例,占总数的8%;生活质量评分改善为28例,占总数的56%;治疗后出现肝功能等指标升高的4例,占总数的8%,均为与化疗联合治疗者;癌痛不适改善为35例,占总数的70%;治疗后局部一般未发现明显损伤;肝脏肿瘤局部治疗后,肝酶ALT、AST未见明显升高。结论低功率超声辐射血管内微泡剂可以成为局部治疗恶性肿瘤的一种无创的新方法。
