Hydrogen embrittlement of stable austenitic stainless steel Cr20Ni25 has been investigated. Crack formation and phase transformation on the surface of the specimens have been observed. It is shown that electrolytic hydrogen charging promotes the transformation of e-martensite on the surface of specimens, the formation of surface crack and the formation of new fcc phase. The results show that the toughness will change with the changing of temper parameter. The toughness will be best when the heat treatment is 640℃×5h. The toughness will decrease because of the existence of hydrogen in the fusion zone. The disbonding cracking of the fusion zone depends on the heat treatment after welding. Under the same hydrogen content condition. the disbonding cracking will not appear when the heat treatment is not carry out after welding or the heat treatment parameter is lower. with increasing of temper parameter, the disbonding cracking ratio increases; and it is the highest at 750℃ heat treatment; when the temperature exceeds 850℃, the disbonding cracking will not occur.

The influence of different charging conditions were also analyzed. The results showed that the increase of current density and/or the prolongation of charging time will increase the peak hydrogen concentration and the tendency of disbonding.The diffusion hydrogen content in some specimens were measured by glycerine method. The results showd that the hydrogen concentration in the specimens is close to that in the industrial hydrogenation reactor.

本文通过一系列电解充氢试验研究了堆焊层剥离的影响因素,并采用有限元分析方法计算了堆焊结构中氢浓度的分布。比较了不同充氢条件对试验结果的影响。结果显示,增大充氢电流密度、延长充氢时间,均使熔合线附近氢浓度峰值提高,使堆焊层剥离倾向增大。本文采用甘油法测定了试样中扩散氢的含量。测试结果证实,电解充氢可获得与实际加氢反应器相近的氢浓度条件。
