Induced effects of the different quantitative characters were shown in the following two aspects, 1 Though the magnitude of mean population values of irradiated populations were not significantly different from that of unirradiated populations for most of the quantitative characters. the population coefficients of variation were increased and the heritabilities were also strengthened. 2. Some of the mean values of irradiation populations were significantly different from that of the control populalions for quantitative characters and appered positive in effects (favourable mutation effects) or negative in effects (unfavourable mutation effects) The magnitude of induced effects of production characters was estimated with coefficient of variation and hereditability in M_2F_2 generation and it is taken by following order: number of effective ears→number of grains→percentage of seeds set→100 grain weight.

高照射量~(60)Coγ射线照射水稻不同杂交组合的F_1代(M_1F_1),可以引起杂种辐射二代(M_2F_2)数量性状的遗传效应。数量性状诱变效应表现为两种情况:1.多数处理群体的平均值与对照差异不显著,但增加了群体变异系数和提高了遗传力(heritability)。2.少数处理群体平均值与对照差异显著,并表现为正效应(有利突变效应)或负效应(不利突变效应)。本试验各性状产生的负效应多于正效应。通过变异系数和遗传力测定产量性状的诱变效应,其大小依次为有效穗数——穗粒数——育性——百粒重。

Increase of the mutation effect induced by EMS (ethyl metilsulfate) through post treatment by PYM was reported in this paper. The mutation frequency in the plant of M 2 generation, growing out of the seed soaked by EMS and then treated by PYM, was 8.9-19.2%. So the effect increased by 1.5 - 3.0 times in comparison with the treatment by single EMS (5.7%)

本文报道了抗癌新药—一平阳霉素(PYM)后处理提高甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)的诱变效果.试验结果证明,EMS处理小麦湿种子附加PYM后处理的M_2代植株诱变频率为8.9--19.2%,较EMS(5.7%)单独处理的效果提高了1.5—3.0倍.

In recent years, a lot of reports about the laser mutation effect have been published. In this experiment, the values of CO_2-laser-caused physiologic damage and chromosome damage of vicia faba in L_1 is calculated, by using the formulas, d=(?)(damaging quantity)and (damaging coefficient), and esterase isoenzymes are analysed. The results indicate that the effect of laser mutation in L_1 is signiticant. This constitutes a substantial foundation for early selection of laser induced mutants.

本试验采用损伤量(d=X_K—X_L和损伤系数的公式,计算CO_2激光辐照蚕豆(Vicia faba)种子在当代(L_1)引起的生理损伤和染色体损伤,并进行脂酶同工酶的分析,结果表明激光诱变的当代效应是明显的。
